I was there last Saturday with my husband, Gilberto. Melissa, along with her husband, owns this location and several locations, including Mariscos on Castle hill Ave., which is also five star quality.. I wanna say that the food I ordered here was top-notch top-notch. Melissa even gave up the table. She was at for me ... to sit there because I came in with a walker and the dish that I ordered she said that was her favorite dish. Let me tell you the steak and onions were so tender, juicy with flavor it was seasoned very well. I had the fried plantains delicious especially that garlic sauce. I also had the white rice something about that white rice put me in a trance. That night, her husband was getting in a board and she recommended me the kids the corn pudding, but I was so full from the food. I could not eat another bite if you want Spanish food and you’re looking for a place that you’re not gonna waste your money. This is the place to go. My husband had the roast pork with rice rice and the stewed beans. I had stew beans too and those were so delicious. Don’t pass this place by the food is very very excellent. The staff is very nice. This place is more than home made delicious Dominican food it’s def worth coming back which I do all the time now. Que Rico delicious the meat is not over cooked or chewy it’s tender rice always fresh plenty of options. Good food

I usually drive 30 minutes for the pollo de chicharron and yellow rice. One of my favorite places to get Dominican food in NY besides my gfs place. The papa rellena with beef was absolutely amazing.
